Every project below was built by New Cali Construction under California licence 1008892, with the permits pulled in our name rather than the homeowner's. Each one has its own page with the full scope of work, who issued the permit, and how long it took.
They are deliberately different from one another. A townhouse with shared walls and an association to satisfy is a different job from a detached garage conversion, and both are different again from taking a house back to the studs. What they have in common is the way they were run: a written line-item scope signed before demolition, a locked price, and weekly photo updates.
