New Cali Construction upgraded the high-traffic areas - installing new engineered wood flooring, modernizing the fireplace, a complete kitchen remodel, guest bathroom remodel, metal railings, and fresh interior paint. Shared walls change how you sequence the loud work. Demolition and anything involving a hammer drill goes into agreed hours, so the neighbours either side are not living inside the job for three months.
The association is a second approval running alongside the city: a certificate of insurance naming the HOA, agreed access, and protected common areas. Both tracks are our job to run, not the homeowner's.
